Sign in Androin Google Play In mobile when 2nd verication step on.

First you open this on pc.
Create an app-specific password for Google Play at https://accounts.google.com/IssuedAuthSubTokens (E.g., name it "Android Phone Play Store").
After open you sign in your gmail account.
After Sign in you see this type window.
In Name Coloumn you enter any Name (E.g., name it "Android Phone Play Store"). and click Generate Password.

After you Click Generate Password You see window and your password. and put your specific password in your android gmail account.
