C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
2. Disable Internet connection.




3. Make sure you do not have any of the following entries in your hosts file.

127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com

4. Install Adobe Premiere Pro. [Follow the Images in Installation Screenshots folder]
5. After Installation DO NOT Launch Premiere Pro as Trial. [Its Important]
6. Close Premiere Pro.




7. USE ADOBE UNIVERSAL PATCHER 1.5 TO Patch this Adobe Premier Pro CC 2015
8. Block the program in your firewall and add the following lines to your hosts file.

127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 na1r.services.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 hlrcv.stage.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 practivate.adobe.com 
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com

8. Block with firewall inbound and outbound conections for: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015\CEPHtmlEngine\CEPHtmlEngine.exe
9. Then Now Start your Program.

NOTE: Hosts file is located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
