REDMI 2 ROOT & UNROOT METHOD
Here is the Root/Unroot Method for Redmi 2 Stable ROMs {China and Global}
How to Root Redmi 2
1.Download the Attached Root Enabled file
2.Copy it under internal memory of device
3.Open Updater app
4.Choose 2014811_Vxxxxxxx_RootEnabled.zip as update package
5.After reboot open security app and you'll see Root Access under Permisiion, Enable the app that you want to allow root access.
Done.
How to Unroot Redmi 2
1.Download the Attached Root Disabled file
2.Same as root method, only need to choose 2014811_Vxxxxxx_RootDisabled.zip instead of RootEnabled zip.
